Are you new to our practice? If so, then you’ve come to the right place! On this page, you’ll find everything you need to know before scheduling your first appointment, such as what to expect during your first visit as well as our insurance and financing options. If you have any questions after reading this page, please give us a call and ask. After that, we hope to meet you and your smile very soon!
We like to do something a little different at our practice and have what we call a GAA, or Get Acquainted Appointment. We believe it’s important that you get to know us on a personal level before we actually perform any dental treatments so our relationship gets off to a strong start. When you come to see us, you’ll get a chance to complete our registration paperwork, be taken a brief tour of the office, and then you’ll get to meet Dr. Kelly. You and him will then spend about 30 minutes talking about your dental history as well as your long and short term smile goals.
From there, you’ll have a chance to ask as many questions as you like. We’ll then verify your insurance coverage and schedule your New Patient Appointment, which will consist of a cleaning, exam, and dental x-rays. We find that our patients tend to be much more relaxed at their appointments after a GAA because when they come to see us for care, they don’t feel like they are surrounded by a bunch of strangers.
We will need some basic information about you before we can begin your appointment, so we suggest that you allow for about 15 minutes before your scheduled time to fill out our new patient forms. Once you have those completed, we can get your appointment started right away.
